What Energy Shield Provides for Your Building

Higher R-Values.

The R-Value measures how much heat the insulation will let flow through it. Depending on the thickness of your wall structure, and the foam density, our R-value is R6.4 per inch or R23.3 at 3”. While standard fiberglass batts and blankets have an R-Value of 3.0 to 4.0 per inch.

It's Safer & Meets or Exceeds Building Code

Because our spray foam emits very low chemical emissions, it’s safer all around. On the inside, you get a high-density 10lb spray foam that meets the Class A (Class 1) fire rated standards. On the outside, you get a 2lb medium-density foam, which is Appendix X certified. This all means you get to save money and all of our spray foam meets or exceeds international building codes.

Huge Cost Savings.

An automotive plant in Plymouth experienced a savings of $464,000 annually…

It's Low Maintenance

It will never sink, sag, or settle. It’s lightweight, so it doesn’t wear down the structure. It keeps the air and moisture where it belongs, which means wood won’t rot, split or warp.

It Performs for You.

You know it, it keeps the air inside your building. It strengthens your building. It’s low maintenance and stops other problems from arising. Best of all, it will save you so much money in energy costs, you’ll want to spray foam your house, and garage! It’s proven to save 40% to 60% in annual energy costs. A 50,000-square-foot industrial building or office building will have energy costs around $67,000 a year. Once you install Energy Shield Insulation, you can expect a savings of around $26,800 a year. What would you do with an extra $26,800?
